The basement will challenge you mentally and physically! You have to be prepared to work, and work with correct form or the trainer Greg will make sure you are doing it right! And this gym loves burpees! Lol my favorite home away from home because that’s what it’s like, a close family!
I’ve done the bodybuilding thing, the crossfit thing, the workout-at-home thing, and nothing comes close to The Basement in terms of bang for your buck. Everyone has their own different story and reason for starting (and we all were once ‘just starting’), but everyone ends up with the same result: a lasting community/family/friends, a new set of skills (no matter how developed they were when starting), strength they didn’t know they had, new aesthetics (the hottness) and a desire to keep going.
